Meeting Minutes

December 2011 MEETING

1. The meeting of December 2011 was called to order at 9:00 a.m.
   
   

2. Twelve members were in attendance.
   
   

3. Minutes of the November 2011 meeting were read and approved.
   
   

4. The Treasurer’s report was not read because the bank had not sent the monthly statement. It will be accepted at the January meeting. Bud stated that we started out with $3,000.00 and we still have $800.00 in the checking account.
   
   

5. New business:
   
   

1. Larry stated we had a new wind sock to put up but it is too windy today.
   
   
2. Larry H. made a proposal to put up a new canopy. Several others agreed, so Larry H. was put in charge. Homer agreed to help. A vote was taken whether to put it back off the flight line or put it on the flight line, and it was voted to put it on the flight line.
   
   
3. We have asked several times for new officers, but no one has stepped forward. Therefore, to keep the club going Larry King has agreed to continue as President, Jacque will stay on as Secretary, John Kelly will be Vice President, Don Brodasky will be the new Treasurer and Lin Whitten will be our Member at Large.
   
   

As there was no further business, a motion was made to adjourn and enjoy the day of flying. Motion passed.
